Pembroke, Ontario- February 20, 2020—The Best Western Pembroke Inn and Conference Center in Pembroke has received the Best Western Hotels & Resorts Director’s Award for meeting exceptional quality standards.  The Director’s Award recognizes Best Western hotels scoring in the top 20 percent of more than 2,100 North American properties in quality assurance scores. Hotels must also meet Best Western’s requirements for design and high customer service scores to qualify for the distinction.

Every year our hotel goes through an inspection by head office. This inspection occurs yearly and is intended to ensure every hotel meets or exceeds the standards set forth by Best Western Hotels and Resorts.
