Cheryl Hanniman (our Certified Weight and Management specialist) will be doing a FREE Body Composition Analysis with everyone that would like to participate in our contest. She will also provide a group information session on menu planning and action plans for you to be successful. She will provide handouts as well as a chart for you to track your progress. Alyson Graduated from Queen’s University in 2005 with a B.P.H.E/B.Sc., Alyson took a few years to travel/work abroad before returning to Ontario to pursue a degree in Education. An avid outdoor enthusiast and adventurer, Alyson has explored Japan and parts of Thailand on foot and bike; has worked for an active travel company, Backroads, leading hiking and biking trips through the Rocky Mountains.
