Yes, we think music is an important part of your Pilates class. When you are in your class we find music helps you devote your awesomeness to the session whilst working out with other class members. You’ll begin to feel a sense of unity with the entire class through the power of music. Additionally the rhythm will help gain inner strength and express your emotions.
This perfectly balanced exercise program is going to help your physical and mental health. You’ll feel a sense of release by focusing on your breathing. At the same time the workout at hand will seem like a breeze:

How Much Does it Cost?
Pop Pilates is included if you have a full facility membership but it is not necessary. If you’re not a member simply purchase a punch card, 10 classes for $73.50 or 20 classes for $115.50.
