Rider’s Photo Contest FAQs
Who can participate?
Anyone with the capability of taking pictures can participate. Contest participants do not need to be guests of Best Western Pembroke Inn & Conference Centre.
When does the contest end?
The photo contest for riders ends September 30, 2023.
How do participants win?
Photos sent to us for this contest will be published on our website photo gallery and Facebook. The photo receiving the highest number of Facebook likes and shares will be the contest winner.
How to send photos for the contest?
Use the photo submission form located at the bottom of the contest page.
What resolution should contest photos be taken?
All photos submitted should be in HD (High Definition) format or they cannot be accepted. If you are using a phone (Android) here are instructions to set your phone up for HD photos:
1) Open the Camera APP
2) Tap on Camera Ratio at top
3) Select 3:4 (64MP High Resolution)
How much does it cost to be in the photo contest?
The contest is free to all participants riding Ontario Highland’s routes.
Is there an age limit on who can enter the contest?
There is no age limit on participants but if you win the getaway, guests of the hotel must be a minimum of 18 years old or accompanied by an adult.
What type of photos are acceptable?
This contest focuses on motorcycling in Ontario’s Highlands, only photos taken by riders on Highland routes are acceptable. Acceptable photo formats include .jpg ,png and .gif.
How many pictures can be entered by a participant?
Each participant is limited to no more than 3 photos.
